Provably fair means a game lets players check every result for themselves. Before betting opens, the game commits to the outcome by publishing a cryptographic hash; after the round it reveals the secret behind that hash, and anyone can recompute the result and confirm nothing was changed. That is what sets provably fair gambling apart: players can check the result instead of taking it on trust. Every Vinco game is provably fair.
Before betting opens, the game publishes a SHA-256 hash of a secret server seed. The hash fixes the seed without revealing it.
The result is derived from the server seed, a client seed and a nonce (round counter). Nobody can change the seed once its hash is published.
After the round, the server seed is revealed. Anyone can hash it to confirm it matches the commitment, then recompute the result.
Plunder works differently: it is pari-mutuel, so no random number decides the winner. The ship with fewer players wins, and every round is published as a public block that can be checked.
| Game | How the result is fixed | How to verify |
|---|---|---|
| Diver | Crash point from a server seed committed by hash before betting opens | Provably Fair panel in the game: paste a round ID. Or use the verifier. |
| Neon Rush | Crash point from a hashed server seed, client seed and nonce | Verify button in the game's round history once the seed is revealed. Or use the verifier. |
| Plunder Crash | Both sinking points drawn and committed with a SHA-256 hash before betting opens | Check any round from the game's How to Play panel; rounds are published to a public chain. |
| Plunder | No RNG: the ship with fewer players wins | Every round is a public block; verify the chain from the game. |
| Vault | Outcomes generated server-side from a provably fair seed | Provably Fair in the game menu. |
| Three Chances | Card draws randomly generated and verifiable | Provably Fair in the game menu. |

Provably fair means a game publishes enough information for players to check, after each round, that the result was fixed before they bet and was not changed afterwards.
RNG certification is an independent lab test of a game's random number generator. Provably fair lets each player check individual rounds themselves. The two are complementary.
The server seed is a secret random value chosen by the game; only its hash is shown before the round. The client seed is a value on the player side that the server can't choose alone. The nonce is a counter that changes every round, so the same seeds never produce the same result twice.
It is the published method a game uses to turn its seeds into a result. In Diver and Neon Rush it is HMAC-SHA256, with the server seed as the key and clientSeed:nonce as the message; the HMAC is then converted into the crash point. Because the algorithm is public, anyone can rerun it with the revealed seeds and get the same result. Both formulas are on our provably fair checker.
All six: Plunder, Plunder Crash, Diver, Neon Rush, Vault and Three Chances.
Every game has verification built in; see the table above. For Diver and Neon Rush you can also recompute a round yourself with our provably fair verifier.
Every one of our six games has verification built in, so all Vinco titles are provably fair games. The provably fair technology is the commit-reveal scheme above: a hashed server seed published before betting, combined with a client seed and nonce, and revealed after the round.
Yes. Players at a provably fair crypto casino expect to check every round themselves, and every Vinco game supports that. We work with crypto casinos, real-money, social and sweepstakes casinos, and aggregators.
